TREATMENTS & SESSIONS

All Bodywork sessions are 2 hours long. In this time there is a space for a somatic intake, undressing in privacy, a bodywork session of about 90 minutes, a recovery rest and a somatic after talk. Different approaches and body languages are available. During the intake we will investigate together wich modality suits best you. The bodywork proposed is often a combination of different Arts and techniques organized around your needs and desires. It is possible, upon request, to experience the pure expression of one of the Healing Arts.

The best way to receive a session is to be fully undressed. The client is properly draped with a Balinese Sarong at all time and sexual areas of the body are never part of the treatment. It is also possible to wear a disposable underwear that is available at the studio. Prior to the session, you will have the time to articulate your needs and ask any questions you might have. You will be able to undress and prepare in your own privacy and, after the session, you will be given some time alone to rest and resonate with the effects of the therapy. After that, you can engage in a verbal exchange with me or resonate in silence and exit the studio in full relaxation mode.

ESALEN® MASSAGE
Experience the powerful effects of the Esalen® Massage: long flowing strokes over the whole body that feel like a dance and help to release stress, leaving the receiver feeling whole, integrated and deeply relaxed, in a natural state of well-being. Intake, massage session of about 90 min and recovery take a total of 2 hours.

What is Esalen® massage?
The Esalen® Massage is best described as the interface and integration of form, energy, structure and soul. With its nurturing contact, integrating strokes and detailed attention to the whole body, an Esalen® Massage provides a state of deep relaxation and healing. As Esalen® practitioner I am dedicated to connecting deeply with each client.
I combine a full-hearted presence with long, integrating strokes and slow, deep muscle work. This combination releases stress and contractures and stills the mind, leaving the client feeling integrated and deeply relaxed.

What is it for?
Esalen® is great to restore a deep sense of calm, create intimacy and renew a sense of comfort into the body. It is perfect to support a transitory moment in life (emotional and physical stress, dieting, dealing with addictions...) and as a way to nurture and sustain a general well-being.

DEEP BODY WORK
This treatment mixes Deep Body work, Deep Tissue techniques and stretches that target the muscular tension areas. The treatment involves heat therapy with hot stones and hot pack, magnesium oil and Swiss lotions with specific herbal ingredients that alleviate pain and stimulates muscle tissue healing and blood circulation. The massage sequence focuses on the needs and tension points of the client. It is a full body treatment that promises the client to leave the studio with a sense of relief. Intake, hands on session and recovery take a total of 2 hours.

MYOFASCIAL ENERGETIC RELEASE
Myofascial Energetic Release is an integrative, deep form of bodywork practiced with skillfull integrity and acute sensitivity. Myofascial Energetic Release possess the capacity to alleviate acute and chronic physical pain, simultaneously treating somatic expressions of emotional and mental pain.

Myofascial Energetic Release is unique, inviting the recipient to Pro-Actively Participate in direct engagement with his/her own innate healing power. Myofascial Energetic Release is a synergistic, dynamic dance of energy weaving together deep and soft connective tissue and joint manipulation, myofascial unwinding, assisted stretches, verbal cuing, conscious breathing, trauma and emotional awareness with release.

TRANSFORMATIVE BODY MEDICINE
I have created the BODY MEDICINE TRANSFORMATIVE WORK under the guidance of the Amazonian Mother Medicine. She showed me how body mind and emotions are different manifestations of the same unity. With the awareness of that sense of unity I merged all the different therapeutic modalities I learnt into a seamless stream of connection where the client is invited to unfold in the present moment reaching for the depth of their being. This session targets physical trauma energy, negative core beliefs and promotes profound change and reprogramming. This session is highly organized around the needs and qualities of the client, and the way it is structured can change dramatically per client. The duration is between the 2 and 3 hours.

It is important to consider that this type of work requires a full commitment from the client and that it is not a work that suits everybody at any moment. The client must be prepared to be honest with themeselves, to be willing to practice humbleness towards the unfoldings of the present moment and engage in a dialogue with different healing modalities (touch, breath work, coaching, vibrational and sciamanic medicine, meditation). Every session is powerful but when interested into transformation consider that few Transformative Body Medicine sessions might be needed.

BACH FLOWERS THERAPY
The Bach Flowers remedies have the ability to affect our emotions positively. The different flowers can help us in the removal of emotional pain and suffering which, over time, harm our health and impair our healing.

I use a kinesiology test system to find out which Bach's Remedies your body needs. The Bach Flower Therapy is a subtle and yet very powerful technique. A mix of remedy should be taken for about 28 days. It is advisable to work with the Bach Remedies for at least 3 months for a deep and long lasting transformative effect.

INTEGRATIVE GESTALT COACHING™️
IGC is a method which blends the result orientation of coaching methodology with the experiential self-inquiry characteristic of Gestalt. It can be used as a way to support practical or emotional changes in your life and body or as a way to deepen overall awareness, living a more fulfilling life, building inner resources, connecting to one's authentic core and developing presence. subscriptions:
The subscriptions packages are meant to facilitate clients that want to invest in their own well being with regular visits to the Healing Art studio. It is possible to pay the subscription in total or to ask for a payment in instalments.
